How Mediation Works

Initial Consultation
We begin with a confidential intake to understand the nature of the conflict and determine the best path forward.

Pre-Mediation Preparation
Each party meets separately with the mediator to share their perspective and prepare for the joint session.

Joint Mediation Session
All parties come together in a structured, facilitated dialogue guided by our trained mediator.

Agreement & Resolution
We work collaboratively toward a written agreement or resolution that all parties can commit to.
