MindShift Research Group is a dedicated clinical research division of Protect Each One Consulting, LLC — advancing the science of trauma-informed care, interpersonal violence prevention, and mental health equity through rigorous, community-centered inquiry. Led by Dr. Veronica Y. Griffin, Ph.D., MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LCSW-CPPT — CEO and clinical social work researcher.

We conduct rigorous, community-centered research that informs best practices, influences policy, and advances equitable mental health outcomes for individuals and communities affected by trauma and interpersonal violence.
