Veronica Y. Griffin is the visionary behind Protect Each One Consulting, LLC. With a deep passion for advocacy and over a decade of experience addressing interpersonal violence, Veronica has dedicated her career to empowering individuals, families, and organizations through trauma-informed care, prevention strategies, and compassionate leadership.
Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to live and work in safe, supportive environments. Veronica’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, cultural awareness, and a strong commitment to social justice.
As CEO, she leads with purpose — overseeing training programs, guiding consulting strategies, and supporting clients through their healing and prevention journeys. Her leadership continues to drive PEOLLC’s mission forward: creating lasting change by educating, equipping, and uplifting communities.
